When will I be charged for a remake?

For fit-related issues, remake charges are based on when the claim is submitted. Claims submitted within 30 days of the invoice date are remade at no charge. Claims submitted between 31 and 60 days are subject to a partial charge, and claims submitted after 60 days are subject to a full charge.

Manufacturing defects are handled separately and have longer warranty periods. To help avoid remake charges, we recommend seating the appliance and reporting any fit concerns as soon as possible.
