What do I need to send for a fixed retainer case?

The answer

For a lower fixed retainer, only the lower arch is required. For an upper fixed retainer, we strongly recommend providing the lower arch as well so we can evaluate the case for potential occlusal interference.

A bite is only necessary if centric occlusion cannot be clearly determined.
