The Upper RPE is our standard rapid palatal expander, custom-built to your design with any screw from 7 to 13 mm and .040 lingual support bars.

Upper RPE

The support bars run from the bicuspids to the first molars. We supply all types of expansion screws, from Leone, Dentaurum, Forestadent, Super Screw and Summit, and the standard RPE gives 48 activations of a quarter millimeter each. We invented the RES ratcheting expansion screw, which parents can only tighten.
