What is a “No Guarantee” case?
The answer
If the records you provide could affect the fit or success of the appliance, such as an incomplete scan or unerupted molars, a Customer Service representative will contact you and explain that the case can only proceed as a No Guarantee case.
If you choose to move forward, the appliance will not be covered under our standard warranty or remake policy. We will always let you know and receive your approval before proceeding with a case under No Guarantee status.
