MARA
The MARA appliance is a Class II corrector anchored on crowns on the upper and lower first molars, often our ROC crowns. Made to your Rx and shipped in 10 business days or faster.
Class II Correction
MARA
Removable upper elbows on the first molar crowns meet lower shoulders, so the patient can only close with the mandible forward. You advance it with shims or by adjusting the upper elbow. Hooks soldered to the upper crown and elbow, tied with a ligature, hold the elbow to the crown.

Still deciding which Class II corrector?
Fixed or removable, telescoping or not, and how much you want to depend on the patient. Those three choices narrow most Class II cases to one appliance.
Ours is a fixed Class II corrector on crowns on the upper and lower first molars, where upper elbows meet lower shoulders to hold the mandible forward.
The MARA uses crown-mounted elbows and shoulders instead of a telescoping rod and tube. For the trade-offs in a specific case, talk to a clinical expert before you prescribe.
Our ROC crowns have the occlusal surface removed, which makes relocation easier. They're a popular anchorage choice for the MARA.
Yes. We add brackets or archwire tubes on request, and the MARA is often built with an upper 12 mm RPE screw.
