“Super” Modified Spring Retainer

A spring retainer is a wire framework from cuspid to cuspid or bicuspid to bicuspid, with acrylic bands on the labial and lingual and none in the tissue area. The Super Modified design adds a helix on the distal of the lingual acrylic band for torque and rotational control. Optional lingual loops add flexibility.
