Can I get a reduced rate on an aligner refinement?
The answer
A reduced rate may be available for aligner refinements depending on the timing and circumstances of the original case.
The eligibility period is based on the original treatment time, calculated as the number of aligners × 2 weeks, plus an additional 6 weeks. Refinements requested outside of this period are charged at your standard aligner rate. Cases with fewer than five aligners are not eligible for a reduced refinement rate.
Eligibility also depends on whether the original setup achieved the stated treatment goals and whether any recommended IPR was completed as directed.
