Surgical wire

SurgiArch™ is a 3D printed surgical wire, an arch bar bonded to the teeth that holds the dentition in the occlusion you want after oral surgery.

MARPE and Surgical Wires

SurgiArch™

A small metal cross section on each tooth creates the retention area for bonding. Upper and lower wires establish the occlusion, and hooks let the surgeon tie the arches together for healing. Order it single arch when the patient already has braces on the opposite arch.

Options you can prescribe.

Arch

Dual arch, or single arch when braces are on the other arch.

Material

Cobalt chromium as standard.

Base design

Mesh base pad, perforated mesh base, cross bar or X bar.

Still deciding which skeletal expander?

Suture maturity, where the palate allows miniscrews, and how much of the load you want on the teeth. Those three narrow the choice.
