TAD expander
The Dentaurum tomas TAD expander is a TADs-second appliance that becomes the surgical stent, so the TADs and the eyelets both land in the ideal position.
MARPE and Surgical Wires
Dentaurum Expander
It uses tomas® eyelets with a Dentaurum click screw and two molar bands. You seat the appliance first, then place the TADs through the eyelets, so the appliance guides each screw. The teeth and miniscrews then share the expansion load.
