The Bionator

Acrylic flanges on the upper and lower lingual tissue protrude and support the mandible, and the interocclusal acrylic is trimmed to open, close or maintain the bite. The upper carries a labial bow, a lingual protrusion bow and a transpalatal arch. Use it to open the bite, treat Class II and retain after a Herbst.
