Suture maturity, where the palate allows miniscrews, and how much of the load you want on the teeth. Those three narrow the choice.

Questions about the MARPE (4, 6 and 8 Eyelet).
Where can I get a custom MARPE expander?
From us. Send a digital case with your design preferences, approve the design, and we print it.
How much is a MARPE?
Pricing sits behind your account login, so log in to see it or open an account. Cost depends on the design, the screw size and the eyelet system.
Which MARPE screws do you use?
Tyger Power Screws in 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm. We select the largest screw that fits the patient's palate.
Can I see the MARPE design before it's printed?
Yes. We send every design to you for approval before printing starts.
Is the MARPE device fully 3D printed?
Yes, except the archwire tubes and the expansion screw. It's a 3D printed MARPE built from your scan.
