Exspider

The Exspider is an expander activated in the anterior and hinged at the molars, for a tapered arch with enough molar width. Made to your Rx and shipped in 10 business days or faster.

Expansion

Exspider

The screw activates at the front and hinges near the molars, so the arch opens in a fan with more width anteriorly. It anchors on first molar bands and gives up to 9 mm of expansion. Choose it for a tapered anterior arch with adequate molar width, including selected cleft palate cases.

Still deciding which expander?

Suture maturity, tooth-borne or tissue-borne, banded or bonded, and whether the patient's parents can manage screw turns. Those narrow the choice quickly.
