Why am I being charged for mailed statements?
The answer
Statements are sent by email at no charge. If your practice chooses to receive printed statements by mail, a monthly service fee will apply.
To switch to emailed statements and remove the monthly fee, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-522-4636.
