Twin bite blocks posture the mandible forward whenever the patient closes. The upper uses ball and Adams clasps, and the lower uses two pairs of ball clasps in the mixed dentition or a pair of Adams in the permanent dentition. Add midline or sagittal screws for transverse or anterior-posterior development.
